Relational Self-Awareness

Therapy for Dating
Finding “the one” no longer means settling down, it means leveling up.

Are you single and find yourself saying, "I'll be ready to date when…"? Do you swing from hopeless romantic to romantically hopeless? Modern romance has a unique set of challenges that previous generations didn’t face. It’s hard to feel inspired when we’re swiping for soulmates, the single dating life becomes entertainment for our coupled friends, or your friends and family provide support by saying, “It’ll happen for you.” It’s time to redefine your modern romance process, reclaim your dating narrative, and intentionally date to find love that’s meant for you.

Perfectionism
Free yourself from the constraints of perfect

Do you find yourself obsessively thinking of all the reasons you are not good enough, clinging to states of anxiety and visceral disturbance stemming from unworthiness? Your wellbeing is influenced by common experiences like loneliness, failure, and heartbreak, the stuff life throws at us. The true meaning of recovery is to strengthen and heal, so let's use your strengths to heal.

Anxious/Avoidant Attachment
These are strategies you can evolve

Anxious/avoidant attachment strategies were designed to keep us safe. Understanding our strategies helps us to understand our deeper fears when it comes to relationships. They’re meant to evolve and change as we grow. Attachments to thought, identity, work, and pleasure keep us stuck in patterns we want to evolve. We can feel exhausted when we alter parts of ourselves by pleasing, overworking, and stuffing our own needs down for those around us. It's time to prioritize you, and that can feel scary. You can be brave and afraid; therapy is a courageous step to let go of what no longer serves you.

Family of Origin Work
Your first relational classroom begins with family

Family therapy for one helps to heal parts of ourselves we became too busy for. Understanding our past helps creates changes for who we’re becoming. Deep dive into your family patterns using IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Structural Family Therapy (SFT). You’ll have a greater understanding around your history of familial boundaries, roles, emotional regulation, power dynamics, and communication.
